Standard shipping (2-6 working days): free until 15/12.
At Christmas we offer free shipping, so if you want you can send your pre-wrapped gifts directly to the recipient. Your order will be shipped via Poste Italiane. With the order confirmation email you will be provided with a tracking code to follow the shipment but the assistance of Poste Italiane is limited in case of damage or loss by the courier. For safer shipping choose the express option.

Express shipping (1-4 working days): € 4.00, free over € 70.
Your order will be shipped exclusively by UPS express courier. With the order confirmation email you will be provided with a TRACKING code to track the shipment and we will be able to provide assistance in case of damage or loss by the courier.
We offer free express shipping for orders starting at € 70.00.

Free in-store pickup.

Local delivery for € 2.00 in the neighboring municipalities of Castellanza.

We do not accept returns for customized orders, products on offer and digital products (workshops and courses, vouchers), unless they arrive damaged, defective or not in accordance with the order and in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The refund will be processed once the item is received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
